If your claim is approved, you will receive an RMA number. Enter this number on your RMA form.
Fill out the form and send it along with the products you want to return.
We also need a copy of your original invoice.
Pay attention! Some products are not eligible for a RMA procedure:
- Articles that are not equipped with the original packaging.
- Items which have "pricing" stickers that are not removable.
- Sealed products that are opened.
- Specially ordered articles.
- Items / products whose shelf life has expired.
- RMA requests for products who have been in your possession 30 days after delivery might be rejected.
